About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of a large, multi-million-pound M&E contract based in Glasgow.
This role is ideal for a technically strong manager with a background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a proven track record of driving commercial performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the successful delivery of all M&E services across a high-value contract.

*

Act as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships through professional communication and service excellence.

*

Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control to ensure profitability and contract growth.

*

Manage and develop on-site teams, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.

*

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

*

Prepare and present monthly performance reports and financial summaries to senior leadership.

*

Support strategic planning, contract renewals, and future business opportunities.

About You

*

Proven experience in Contracts or Operations Management within the M&E / Facilities Management sector.

*

Strong technical background with in-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

*

Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.

*

Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

*

Strong leadership ability with a focus on developing and motivating teams.

*

Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, degree, or trade background with management experience).
