£30,000 - £35,000 initial basic salary
£70,000 - £75,000+ Realistic On Target Earnings (uncapped, higher if you are a stronger performer – the leads are there!)
This is an employed role; however, a more lucrative self-employed opportunity is available if you would prefer this route.

Our client, a thriving independent Financial Services brokerage, is literally busting at the seams with mortgage leads and needs a strong and competent mortgage advisor to join their team! Due to very successful affiliate partnerships, they have grown significantly and their lead source needs an extra pair of hands so they can grow further. Mortgage Advisor - Qualification:

CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 are required for this role, or equivalent
Preferably a minimum of 2 years mortgage sales experience
The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be.
