As a Painter and Decorator, you will be:
• Carrying out painting and decorating work on tenanted social housing properties
• Preparing surfaces, including patching and sanding
• Painting and finishing various surfaces to a high standard
• Addressing any issues related to damp and mould within properties

Previous experience in social housing
Experience working with damp and mould
A full UK driving licence and the ability to commute reliably
