Role Overview

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that promote mathematical understanding and academic success. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of Maths Teacher

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Support students in developing confidence and resilience in mathematical problem-solving.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
Uphold high standards of safeguarding and student welfare.
Essential Qualifications for Maths Teacher

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
Experience teaching Maths across Key Stages.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for inspiring and motivating students.
Ability to provide a 10-year career history with references covering the last two years.
