The Role:
They are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman to join the team. The successful candidate will lead site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities

*

Work alongside trades to deliver practical tasks as needed

*

Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

*

Liaise with contracts managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Read and interpret drawings and specifications

*

Maintain site records, daily diaries, and progress reports

*

Uphold site cleanliness and organization

*

Troubleshoot issues and proactively solve problems on site

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a foreman or site supervisor role

*

Strong trade background (e.g., carpentry, general building)

*

Excellent leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

*

Strong knowledge of site health & safety regulations

*

Full UK driving licence

*

CSCS card required (SSSTS or SMSTS an advantage)
