⭐ Key Responsibilities:

Engage with construction and retrofit employers across the region
*
Promote our fully funded recruitment service (funded by WMCA)
*
Secure guaranteed job interviews and employment outcomes for learners
*
Organise employer site visits, job events, and progression meetings
*
Build long-term partnerships to support future cohorts and employment pipelines
*
Work closely with our training and wraparound support teams to align opportunities
✅ Essential Requirements:
*
Previous experience working with construction employers (e.g. in recruitment, employer engagement, or sales)
*
Knowledge of the construction, retrofit, or built environment sectors
*
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
*
Target-driven and proactive approach to relationship building
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands
