Customer Service Executive – £28,500 | Hybrid
Location: South Manchester, Sale/Trafford (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £28,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time

We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team in South Manchester, Sale/Trafford. This is a hybrid role, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility — with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.
? What you’ll be doing:

Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat

Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally

Building positive relationships with clients and internal teams

Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system

Helping to improve processes and contribute to a great customer journey
