Our client is a successful and growing Property and Estate Management Company; it has been enjoying a variety of contract wins with many more in the pipeline. It is currently looking to hire a proven Account Director to head up a sizable hard services contract across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.

As the Account Director, you will have a strong engineering background and a proven track record of running large key accounts within the healthcare sector. Our client is looking for someone with excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry, its challenges, the opportunities, and someone who can hopefully grow a new division.

In addition to having a solid engineering background, the successful Account Director must be personable, client-facing, articulate, commercial and have the proficiency to grow a business. We are looking to speak with individuals who have run accounts with a value of circa £9m and a large workforce.

Our client is offering:
