This is a varied and people-focused role ideal for someone at the beginning of their career journey. Whether you're a school/college leaver or simply looking for a new opportunity, we offer full in-house training and ongoing support.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering and directing inbound calls in a professional manner
Greeting visitors and providing a warm front-of-house experience
Supporting consultants with candidate registrations and documentation
Carrying out general admin duties such as data entry, filing, and updating records
Assisting with day-to-day coordination of recruitment activity Who We're Looking For:
Friendly, confident, and well-presented
Good communication and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook)
Willing to learn and keen to develop in a professional setting
Previous admin or customer-facing experience (even voluntary or part-time) is a plus, but not essential What You’ll Get in Return:
