The Role
As a valued member of the classroom support team, you'll work alongside teachers and the school's SENCO to deliver personalised assistance to children with a range of learning needs. You'll play an essential role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Whether you're supporting one-to-one or within small groups, your work will make a lasting difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs.
Modify resources and learning tasks to suit individual abilities.
Encourage positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons.
Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor progress and celebrate success.
About You
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or childcare environment in the SEN Classroom Support role.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
Reliable transport to and from Rowley Regis.
