Electrician – Fuse Boards and 1st and 2nd Fix Kitchen Refurbishments

Work is across Redditch.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to carry out electrical work as part of kitchen refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.

£25 per hour for 8 hours or £200 a day

Key Responsibilities:

First and second fix electrical work in properties

*

Installation and replacement of wiring, sockets, lighting, and consumer units

*

Testing and inspection in accordance with current regulations

*

Ensuring all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with NICEIC and 18th Edition requirements

*

Working professionally in tenant-occupied properties and coordinating with other trades

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

Experience working in social housing or similar environments

*

Full UK driving licence
