We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in using hand and power tools. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and durability. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

* Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or grinding as necessary.

* Operate powder coating equipment and apply coatings according to specifications.

* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to standards.

* Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating machinery as needed.

* Fabricate and assemble components prior to coating, ensuring proper fit and finish.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

* Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maths skills.

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

* Experience in welding or fabricating is advantageous but not essential.

* Ability to work effectively in a warehouse setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

* Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes in painting applications.
