Clinical Deputy Manager

I am looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Clinical Deputy Manager to lead, develop and manage the nursing service at a great home in Dudley. The home offers temporary accommodation for respite and rehabilitation to older people with dementia.

This post will include:

* Assisting the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment

* Co-ordinating and leading the nursing team to provide high quality, person centred care and support

* Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times

* Ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home

* Providing Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service

For his interesting and stimulating role you must have:

* A valid NMC Pin

* Experience as Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting for residents with complex care/dementia needs

* A good working knowledge of CIW standards, NMC guidelines and the Health and Social Act 2008

* The ability to lead and supervise the team to deliver the highest standards of person centred care

* Good interpersonal and working relationship skills
