Job Title: Electrician – Commercial Building Services
Location: Near Newquay, Cornwall
Start Date: November 2025
Hours: 43 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Vital Human Resources is currently seeking skilled and experienced Electricians to join a long term commercial building services project near Newquay, Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well regarded M&E contractor on a secure site.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd fix installation work as part of a professional team, contributing to the successful completion of a significant commercial project.

Requirements:

Valid JIB Gold Card

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS 7671)

Proven experience in commercial electrical installations

Must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance

Reliable transport and ability to commute to site near Newquay
