Experience and Qualifications

Demonstrable leadership experience within a Chemistry department

Qualified Teacher Status with Chemistry specialism

Sound knowledge of KS3-5 Chemistry curriculum and assessment methods

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Experience of pastoral care and boarding school culture advantageous
