Rate: £23.00ph (CIS)

Hours: 40 hours a week

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a rapidly-growing Aluminium and Architectural Installation Contractor.

They are currently looking for Curtain Wall Fixers to install curtain walls (including aluminium, framing and glass).

* Using power/hand tools in measuring materials.

* Reading engineering diagrams.

* Applying weatherproofing sealants.

* Working alongside tradesmen on site and liaising with the Site Manager/Foreman.

* Ensuring Working at Height regulations and H&S site procedures are adhered to at all times.

Curtain Wall Fixer Requirements:

* 2-3 years’ experience as a Curtain Wall Fixer (within Construction/Commercial Build settings)

* A Valid CSCS Card

* A Valid IPAF (Mast Climber - MCWP) Licence

* An NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Curtain Wall Installation

* An in-date Asbestos Awareness Certificate
