Nursery Practitioner (Harlow Area)

Role - Nursery Practitioner (Potential for Room Leader for qualified candidates)

Location - Harlow

Contract - Permanent, Full-Time

Hours - Ideally 40 hours per week (flexible hours considered)

Age Group - Children aged 3 months to 5 years

Key Requirements

*

Qualification: Minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Childcare (Essential).

*

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a Nursery/Childcare setting (Required).

*

Attributes: Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated, flexible, and possess good time management skills.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

*

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

*

Focus on encouraging children's learning through fun and engaging play.

*

Work collaboratively within a dedicated team in a stimulating, family-friendly environment.

*

Contribute to the leadership of a happy nursery (especially if fulfilling the Room Leader role).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Starting from £25,396.80 per year (pro rata, dependent on experience and qualifications).
