Job Title: Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)
Location: Thornton Heath, London, CR7

Our client already holds a presence in the semi independent accomodation sector for 16-18 year olds who are leaving youth offending, leaving care or seeking asylum and is rapidly growing.

Good news! My client is looking for a Registered Manager who will complete their registration with Ofsted and be welcomed into a brand new home which is already fully staffed and ready to take referals - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call!

Salary up to £50,000 per annum - plus bonus up to £6,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity   
Located in Thortnton Heath, CR7
Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
Previous experience at Service Manager or Registered Manager level (Essential) 
Must have supported children or young people within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
