Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Pay: £12.21ph

Location: Lambourn (RG17)

Schedule: Shifts available between 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM (flexible/varied start times)

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for ongoing work with varied start times throughout the week. This role involves heavy lifting, so applicants must be physically fit. Due to the location, own transport and the ability to drive is essential.

Responsibilities:

Safely lifting, moving, and loading heavy items

Supporting warehouse operations and general duties

Adhering to all health & safety procedures

Working efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment

Requirements:

Flexibility to work different start times (typically between 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM finish)

Physically fit – able to perform consistent heavy lifting

Must have own transport – location is not accessible by public transport

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
