The Bread Factory is London’s leading Artisan Bakery, known for award-winning breads, pastries, and cakes, supplying top-quality products across e-commerce, grocery, food services, and retailers such as our GAIL’s Bakeries nationwide. As our teams grow, we seek our next Junior Account Manager to join our team.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

Manage the day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of pureplay grocery customers, building strong relationships with their buying teams.

Take full ownership of P&L, financial KPIs, forecasting and account planning.

Analyse customer data and category insights to uncover growth opportunities.

Support the broader Grocery & Commercial team with key projects, account admin and new business activity.

Lead the execution of shopper marketing campaigns for key accounts – both online and in-store.

Ensure our brands look exceptional on the digital shelf and in physical retail – managing Brandbank content, packaging updates and sampling initiatives.

Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you have experience in:

You bring 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG, ideally with exposure to account management or commercial roles.

A confident communicator and relationship builder – both internally and externally.

Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Commercially astute, with an eye for detail and a head for numbers.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude – you spot opportunities and act on them.

A collaborative team player who’s eager to grow and make a real impact.
