Job Title: Warehouse Checker / Stock Controller

Location: Redditch

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 – 17:30 or 10:00 – 18:00

HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Checker / Stock Controller for our client based in Redditch.

The main duties include:

* Checking outbound orders to ensure accuracy before despatch

* Checking goods in against paperwork and system records

* Running rolling stock takes across all warehouse locations

* Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies

* Re-working pallets or stock where required

* Occasional picking from floor locations

* Offloading handball containers when required

* Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and housekeeping

* Working closely with warehouse supervisors and administration teams

Experience and skills needed for the role:

* Previous warehouse experience essential

* Experience in stock control, checking, or inventory management highly desirable

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work methodically and follow procedures

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

* Reliable, punctual, and consistent

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
