Location: DE23, Derby
Pay Rate: £440 - £475 take home per week after deductions
Contract: Full-time, long-term placement
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 15.30
Start Date: Immediate startAre you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to support pupils in a nurturing and inspiring secondary school? A welcoming school in the DE23 area is seeking a confident HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
Providing 1:1 and small group interventions.
Supporting behaviour and engagement in class.
Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual needs.What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
