What We’re Looking For:

A genuine enthusiasm for language learning and cultural education
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to engage and challenge students across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

A qualified teacher of MFL (QTS or equivalent) Specialism in French and/or Spanish (German or another language is a bonus)
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive
Contribute to curriculum development and department planning
Participate in school events, parent evenings, and enrichment activities
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support whole-school improvement
