Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a kitchen team of 8-10 staff

* Create innovative, seasonal menus

* Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards

* Manage stock control, budgets, and kitchen costs

* Ensure consistency and high quality across all dishes

Requirements:

* Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

* Passionate about food quality and presentation

* Full understanding of food safety regulations
