Madisons are recruiting for a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to get started on a permanent basis for a client of ours based in South West London.

The ideal candidate would be a Graduate/ Early Careers, looking to further develop their skills and experience within this industry

Duties:

Will be working on both residential and commercial projects across South London
Assisting with maintenance and repair work
Will be working alongside experienced technicians to assist with routine maintenance and repair work on air conditioning systems and Replacing filters
Shadowing experienced technicians, observing how they diagnose problems and troubleshooting issues
Attending training and development sessions – Including topics on refrigeration, safety protocols and electrical systems
Learning how to use a range of tools and equipment used in the servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems
Recording and documentation of work completed on a day to day basis

Details:

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Vehicle provided after the initial probation period has passed
Must be willing to commute to various sites/ head office
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum starting salary
Start Date – August/ September 2025
