About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing organisation, currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join their high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone either with previous sales experience or looking to begin a career in sales. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients
* Utilise sales software to generate leads and track progress
* Identify and qualify sales leads for the Business Development team
* Conduct initial fact-finding conversations to assess client needs
* Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly call activity targets
* Work collaboratively within a supportive and results-driven team environment
* Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system
* Utilise a consultative sales approach, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team lead generation targets
Candidate Requirements
* Proficient in sales techniques and lead generation strategies
* B2B Outbound Telesales experience essential
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage time, calendars, CRM systems, and emails effectively
* Resilient, with a proactive and positive attitude
