We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Bid Manager to support the sales team by creating high-quality proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM data and managing a smooth and timely bid process. This is a detail-focused role centred on coordination and content development within the new business workflow.

DESCRIPTION.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by creating clear, high-quality proposals and presentations
Write proposal content using input and ideas from the Business Development Director
Draft presentation decks
Create presentation decks that follow company templates
Keep the CRM system up to date
Ensure bids are completed and submitted on time
Focus on detail, coordination, and content writing to support new business effort
Update opportunity stages
Enter accurate closing dates and deal values
Track outcomes of submitted bidsRequirements:
Experience in a similar role
Track record in bid writing and understanding of the tendering process
Excellent communication and writing abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven experience working with external stakeholders
Organised individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
