Job Title: Welder Fabricator (TIG & Stick)

Location: Maidenhead, SL6

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9.5 hours paid per day)

Pay: Competitive – Based on experience

Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Work

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator with strong TIG and stick welding skills to join our team. The role involves working primarily on beams and columns, with additional work on staircases and balustrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform TIG and stick welding to a high standard

Fabricate structural steel components, including beams, columns, staircases, and balustrades

Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in both TIG and stick welding

Strong fabrication skills and experience working with structural steel

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings independently

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
