Job Title: Fleet Workshop Manager
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday Days

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Workshop Manager to lead operations at a busy Leicester depot. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the smooth running of the workshop, ensuring high standards in vehicle maintenance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations, technician scheduling, and workflow management
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HGV technicians and engineers
Ensure all vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards
Manage documentation
Uphold health & safety procedures and regulatory compliance
Drive performance, cost control, and operational efficiency
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Workshop Manager, Supervisor, or Senior HGV Technician
Strong technical background in HGV maintenance and diagnostics
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
IT literate, with knowledge of fleet/workshop systems an advantage
