Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role:
JDS Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Education Compliance Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of compliance processes, particularly within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Support candidates through the registration and compliance process

*

Ensure all documentation is collected, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently

*

Perform compliance checks and maintain up-to-date candidate files

*

Process DBS applications and chase references

*

Understand and follow GDPR and safeguarding practices

*

Upload and manage documents within our database

*

Keep abreast of relevant policies and industry regulations

Required Skills & Attributes:

*

Previous experience in education recruitment compliance is highly desirable

*

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

*

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

*

Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
