* Chef de Partie - From £17.00 (inc. holiday pay)
* Sous Chef - From £19.00 (inc. holiday pay)

What you'll be doing:
As an Chef, you'll support kitchens across the region, stepping in during busy periods, holidays, or staff shortages. You'll be expected to:
* Deliver high-quality dishes that match each venue's standards
* Adapt quickly to new environments and kitchen setups
* Work efficiently, cleanly, and professionally
* Communicate effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service

What we're looking for:
We're seeking reliable, experienced Chefs who are ready to hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in similar Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
* Up-to-date Food Hygiene & Allergen certificates
* Excellent punctuality and a proactive attitude
* Two references to verify your experience
