Account Manager
Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham Full-time
Office Based
Red Rock Consultants are looking for an Account Manager to support and manage the recruitment needs of our key traffic management clients. This is a non-sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, relationship management, and delivering a high-quality service.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients’ staffing requirements are met efficiently and compliantly, acting as a key point of contact for both candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
-Managing key client accounts and liaising daily to meet recruitment requirements
-Candidate registration and onboarding
-Ensuring full compliance, including drug and alcohol testing
-Coordinating and maintaining accurate candidate and client records
-Managing workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Participating in an on-call rota (every other weekend)
About You
-We’re looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and highly organised.
Essential skills and experience:
-Strong Excel proficiency
-Excellent organisation and time management skills
-Ability to work flexibly, this role is not suited to rigid working hours
-Confident communicator with a professional approach to client relationships
-Previous account manager is desirable but not essential
