Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Multi Traders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trades such as carpentry, plastering, decorating and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working on social housing properties, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

This is a temp to perm role and you will receive a company van and fuel card. 

Responsibilities

Carpentry work

Plastering 

Plumbing

Damp & mould 

Painting & Decorating

Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork as required.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in the installation of plasterboard where necessary.

Requirements 

Proven experience as a multi trader or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.

Trade qualification - essential 

Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and masonry techniques is required.

Social housing experience

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
