The self-delivering MEP wing of a globally recognised Main Contractor requires an Electrical Construction Manager to work on the delivery of a commercial new-build development with fit-out elements in the West End of London.
 
The company in question is a market-leading, Tier 1 M&E Contractor that specialises in the delivery of some of the most prestigious Building Services projects in the country.

Bonus potentialRoles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Management and delegation of works to sub-contractors and supervisors
Health & Safety responsibility for all electrical works
Compiling weekly progress reports for senior managements
Communicate efficiently with clients and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time
Track and reduce the cost of labour whenever possible
Co-ordinate plant and materials
