QHSE Manager – Manchester

We are partnering with a leading company seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to oversee and drive Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across their operations. This is a critical role for a hands-on professional who takes compliance and risk management seriously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures

* Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company standards

* Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across sites

* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

* Provide QHSE training and guidance to teams

* Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics to senior management

* Maintain ISO, OHSAS, or other relevant certifications as required

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a QHSE management role

* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices

* Track record of ensuring compliance across multiple sites

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Relevant QHSE qualifications (NEBOSH, ISO, or equivalent)

* Ability to implement and monitor robust systems and processes
