All training is provided to become a Damp Proofing Technician, and you might even get some qualifications along the way!

As a Labourer, your responsibilities will include…

* Stripping plaster and installing various damp, water proofing and plaster systems

* Installing waterproofing systems

* Installing timber, solid floors and skirting boards

* Dry lining and wet plastering works

* Installing ventilation systems

* Installing structural stabilisation and wall tie systems

We are looking for a Labourer with the following skills and experience…

* Experience in the construction industry

* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

* Good customer service and communication skills

* A willingness to work in a practical role and “get their hands dirty”

* The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

* A good standard of physical fitness and manual dexterity is essential

* Must be a keen learner, punctual and professional

In return, the successful Labourer will receive a salary of £30,000 - £32,240, plus the following benefits…
