An exciting opportiny has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients' skilled team as Technical Manager . They deliver high quality Civil Engineering & building projects within Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas undertaking a range of interesting and diverse projects.
They have been successful in securing numerous projects and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of a construction project, ensuring its financial success and managing contracts, budgets and procurement.
​Duties and Responsibilities to include:
* Leadinfg the technical, design * regulatory aspects of the construction projects.
* Ensuring all work complies with staturtory legislation, project specifications and construction standards.
* Collaborating closely with The commercial team during the tender and pre construction phase and the operations team during the delivery phase.
* Managing and completing risk assessment, method statemens and the temporary works register for each project in conjunctio with the operations team.
Person Requirements
​* Strong background in technical and design management wihin the construction industry.
* In depth knowlesge of construction regulations and health and safety compliance.
* Proven experience in coordinating with multi- disciplinary teams across project stages.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and safety management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
* Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Be able to demonstrate a strong team orientated mindset with a collaborative and supportive working style.
​Package
​* Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm (occasional Saturday)
