Temporary Role - Recruitment Administrator
? Locations: Hull - HU5
? Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 15:30
? Pay Rate: £12.82 - £13.20 per hour
? Duration: 6 weeks initially, with immediate start - Thursday 6th November

We're looking for proactive, people-focused individuals to support courier on boarding and engagement, if you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping others succeed, this could be a great fit!

What You'll Be Doing
* Contact new job applicants to screen and book them onto induction sessions
* Explain pay incentives, delivery averages, and bonus eligibility
* Re-engage inactive couriers by identifying blockers and offering suitable shifts
* Send confirmations, follow up on no-shows, and rebook quickly

On-Site Training & Live Support
* Run daily inductions covering health & safety, parcel handling, and collections
* Verify documents and ensure readiness for live operations
* Provide shadowing support and check-ins throughout the day
* Troubleshoot issues like app log-ins, route setup, and returns

Admin & Reporting
* Maintain accurate records in the pipeline/training tracker
* Provide daily updates at 15:00 to the site manager and team lead, covering:
o Contacts made
o Bookings and attendance
o New starters live
o Any blockers or support needs

* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence in engaging with people over the phone and in person
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Experience in training, recruitment, or logistics is a plus
