About The Role
Role: Database Administrator
Location: Tewkesbury GL20 8TU
Contract Type: 12 month FTC
Hours: 09:00am - 17:00 PM
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
At Restore, we’re looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Database Administrator to help manage and optimise our core operational system, O’Neil. This system sits at the heart of our business—tracking items, managing activity, and ensuring accurate invoicing—so your role will be key to keeping everything running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business, providing support and expertise to ensure services are delivered in line with customer contracts. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Set up customer accounts on O’Neil in accordance with the contract
Customer account lifecycle management on O’Neil, including decommissioning accounts and portal
Customer portal set up
Customer data import and reconciliations (new and BAU)
Lead account split/merges
Good Telephone Manner both Inbound/Outbound About You:
A highly accurate, detail-focused approach to your work
Confidence in problem-solving and overcoming challenges or objections
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Experience with (or willingness to learn) the O’Neil database
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
