Demand & Fulfilment Controller - Supply Chain
Chipping Norton | Full Time (37.5 hrs per week, flexi) | Hybrid working

We're looking for an organised and proactive Demand & Fulfilment Controller to join a busy supply chain team. This role is key in ensuring efficient order processing, communication with customers, and smooth delivery of products worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to despatch, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment
- Liaise with planning, logistics and sales to meet customer delivery requirements
- Track orders and proactively update customers on progress or changes
- Produce export and shipping documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate records, price quotations and KPI metrics
- Support Account/Sales Managers with customer communication and performance reporting

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, order management or supply chain
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with manufacturing or ERP systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of export documentation (advantageous)
