My client is a leading supplier of technology-driven marketing solutions with particular expertise in supporting multi-site organisations, such as retail, leisure, franchise and corporate groups with various office or production sites.
Hours:
* Monday – Friday
* Working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm flexibility, as additional hours may be required when the business demands require
* Overtime
* Weekend availability
The Role:
* Oversee and manage the printing process from start to finish.
* Ensure that all printing projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
* Overseeing and coordinating the workflow of the production process.
* Overseeing personnel
* Evaluating and improving production processes
* Ensuring quality and cost control
* Develop workflow and production processes.
* Plan, organize, and control production processes.
* Managing production staff.
* Monitor production to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Maintain production records and files.
* Review job orders.
* Coordinate production activities with other departments.
Requirements:
* Experience in the industry
* Knowledge of printing processes and techniques
* Knowledge of the following machines: AGFA, Mimaki, Swiss-Q and HP, Ana Perna, Kudu, Zund cutting table, H poster machines, FY trimmer cutting banners.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
