Domus Recruitment are working with a well-established children’s residential provider who are seeking an Interim Manager to support one of their EBD homes in Stockport.

This home supports two young people, and they require an experienced interim who can step in immediately to provide stability, leadership, and oversight over the next four weeks, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate leadership and oversight to the home
Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are maintained
Support and guide the existing staff team
Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements
Provide stability and clear direction during this interim period
Liaise with senior leadership and external professionals as requiredRequirements:
Previous experience as a manager within children’s residential care
Strong background within EBD provision
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding frameworks
Available to start ASAP
