Project Manager
Location: Thames Water region (with travel across multiple sites)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple schemes within the Thames Water area. If you’re passionate about driving results, ensuring safety, and managing complex projects, this is your opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading construction and infrastructure businesses.
What you’ll be doing
* Take ownership of project delivery, including programme, financial performance, health & safety, and environmental compliance.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring KPIs and performance indicators are achieved.
* Build strong relationships with senior client representatives and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, environmental legislation, and company safety standards.
* Review and approve RAMS, impact assessments, and subcontractor documentation.
* Lead and motivate project teams with clear objectives and accountability.
* Oversee financial performance, including profit/loss responsibility and monthly reporting.
* Prepare estimates, quotations, and support tender reviews.
* Negotiate price variations and manage final accounts.
What we’re looking for
* ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence.
* Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH or SMSTS desirable).
* Proven experience in water and/or wastewater projects.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of IChemE contract conditions.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
