Job Role: Quality Manager

Location: Coventry

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Metalis are currently working with a very well-established manufacturer in Coventry, who are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions
Ensuring that all systems are maintained so that the requirements are met
Leading site-wide audits, training teams, and reporting to SLT
Work closely with engineering, production and EHS departments
Identify trends/analyse business data and process variations
Develop continuous improvement strategies
Management of non-conformance's and interaction with relevant department
Improve the OTIFEF and deliver cost savings to the business

Job Requirements:

Engineering degree or equivalent
Manufacturing SME's environment
Experience with plastics/extrusions, fabrication, building products or automotive
Minimum Green Belt Six Sigma or relevant Lean alternative qualification
Familiar with Lean tools, 5S, Kaizen, SPC, PDCA
Production/Operational Management experience

Salary & Shift:

£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
