We are recruiting for an organised, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join a team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales function by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, processing orders, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth operations from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and customer details
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and databases
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing documents, reports, and contracts
Liaise with internal departments (finance, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process and track orders, follow up on outstanding items, and update customers accordingly
Prepare invoices and assist in credit control as needed
Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and client communications
Generate and maintain regular sales reports for managementSkills & Experience

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong communication skills — written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
