We are currently recruiting for a General Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established distribution team based in Halesowen. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to work well within a team environment to meet daily targets.

This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, wrapping, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with company procedures.
Wrap and label goods for dispatch, ensuring all items are packaged securely.
Carry out general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and stock replenishment.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Support colleagues and supervisors in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Requirements
Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary/Benefits
£13.60 per hour pay rate with paid overtime
Monday to Friday day shift 8am – 4pm
Immediate start available.
