Location: North of England (National Travel Required)

Salary: Circa £45,000 plus commission

This is an exciting opening for a Sales Development Manager to join a successful and fast-moving company specialising in POP and bespoke retail display solutions. Based in the North of England with national travel, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth, winning new business, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse and growing client base.

As Sales Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of generating leads, managing incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. With a target-driven mindset, you'll be supported by a collaborative internal team and a strong reputation for quality in the market. You’ll also be responsible for growing existing accounts, maximising profitability, and providing valuable insights back to the wider business.
