Operations Assistant – Logistics & Business Support

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm, Friday 8am – 4pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm (Saturdays are 1in2 and with time off in lieu)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 D.O.E

Our client is a growing, industry-leading business looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant to join their busy office team in Ringwood. This is a key support role that serves as the "engine room" of the business, working across all departments to ensure daily operations run smoothly and professionally. You will be the central link that keeps the company moving, from coordinating workloads to ensuring every customer receives a five-star experience.

The Day-to-Day

As a vital support to our office and operational teams, your responsibilities will include:

* Job Coordination: Assigning jobs to engineers and communicating details clearly and efficiently to ensure a smooth service.

* Diary Management: Supporting the scheduling and workload management across the business.

* Logistics & Planning: Assisting with the planning and booking of jobs and projects to optimise operational flow.

* Financial Support: Assisting the team with essential invoicing and quoting tasks.

* Customer Liaison: Handling inbound and outbound enquiries for both new and existing customers with confidence.

* Operational Support: Providing general administrative assistance across all functions of the business as needed.
