Customer Experience Executive
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27,000 + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Full-Time, Office-Based (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)

We’re recruiting on behalf of our longstanding client in Harrogate who is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. This fully office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regularly engage with your accounts (contacting every fortnight)
* Book review meetings for the manager to attend, with scope for you to also attend and build customer relationships
* Provide product guidance and issue resolution through a consultative approach
* Host Teams meetings and deliver portal demonstrations
* Keep clients updated with new and innovative products and offers
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally involving regular contact with existing business accounts
* Strong telephony skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive and organised
* A consultative and customer-focused mindset
