Conduct audio typing of legal dictations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective workflow within the office environment.Profile
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and general IT skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
